Anh Dao Ha is an artist, curator, and arts administrator based in New York City. Her multidisciplinary practice encompasses research, writing, curation, and design. Her work investigates the aesthetics of everyday objects, materials, and popular culture, exploring their role in shaping collective memory and their interactions with human infrastructures.

In March 2025, she curated Architectures of Intimacy at the NARS Foundation in Brooklyn, NY.

During her residency in Huế, Việt Nam, Anh Dao researched ‘am,’ small outdoor altars integral to Vietnamese spiritual life. These modest structures, often found in gardens or roadside spaces, honor ancestors, spirits, and local deities, blending daily life with sacred traditions.

The studio opening This Is How You Hold Me toward the end of her residency marked the beginning of an ongoing personal and artistic transformation.
